I worked extensively on LTK’s Creator tool, which sits at the heart of the platform’s success by enabling creators to curate content and engage more effectively with their audiences. I designed a new goals experience within the Creator tool that increased GMV by 140% and platform posting by 135%. Additionally, I led the redesign of the app’s onboarding experience, which improved Shop creation by 125%, and overhauled the UI/UX of the Creator application, resulting in a 7.8% increase in completion conversion while reducing the time to complete tasks by over 3 minutes.

I contributed to the user interface for both English and international markets and helped develop the customizable alert system. The app uses a painless, 14-day sensor that sends readings to both users and healthcare providers. Alerts notify when glucose levels are too high or low, with options to add personalized reminders like eating or logging notes. This streamlined system offers discreet, effective glucose management for healthier living.
