My passion for art and design can be rivaled by my deeply engrained love for sports. My strong use of sarcasm and gravity towards humor often disguises my altruism and how deeply I care about things. I’m unmistakably detailed and a pure perfectionist. In fact, I required reading glasses upon getting too close and staring for long periods of time while working on a pen and ink piece in college. However, the same attention to detail is most certainly not paid to my closet. I crave to see every corner, every culture, every city, every natural wonder of our planet but as an introvert, I’d prefer to not be noticed as I do so. One night a sports shirt and cap is my jam, the next night I’m inspired by Stevie Nicks, and then still the following day my jam is a power jumpsuit ready to conquer the day. I value trying new things and pushing myself, yet my desire to be the best at everything I do makes it a tough journey. You might find me writing my next blog post about life with dyslexia, playing my guitar, reading or setting a pick in my pickup league.
Despite the numerous talking points my personality and lifestyle provide, I like to think it’s merely pointing to someone who’s simply trying to get the most out of life. By not fitting a stereotype, I believe you fit a stereotype; however it’s the exact kind of well-rounded group/stereotype I like to surround myself with and be inspired by.
